Fantastic boutique hotel, nice large rooms, great view.

The Hotel Peteani is a family-owned, professionally run, perfect little hotel a short walk downhill from the historic hilltop town center of Labin. Although it is on a fairly busy road running up the hill, it is super-quiet and peaceful. It is clean and well-maintained, staff are polite and genuinely helpful, beds are very comfortable. With few eating options nearby, the restaurant here takes on more importance. Breakfast is very good, although if you want real coffee instead of machine-instant you have to ask for it. The restaurant also serves dinner, which is a bit pricey but generally excellent; if you reserve a table, it seems to be yours for the night (warning: several nearby restaurants are closed on Mondays, even in high tourist season). Overall, the hotel seems to be committed to service; our host, Mr. Peteani, tracked down a pair of earrings my wife left behind, and mailed them to her, a kindness we will remember for a long time. Personally, I will seek out a reason to return to Labin just so I can stay in this outstanding hotel.

Excellent. First night staying there but have eaten at the restaurant before. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect location and clean and comfortable. However, we couldn't get the shower to work. The next morning the receptionist said it was modern system with a pipe under the tub faucet however I did not detect any thing under the faucet when I looked.

Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Hotel Mitarbeiter, die uns mit allen Fragen und Problemen weiterhelfen konnten, obwohl sie unterbesetzt waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte viele leckere Speisen zur Auswahl. Außerdem konnte man jeden Tag ohne Aufpreis zwischen Crêpes, Obstsalat, Omelette, Rührei und ähnliches wählen.

A recently renovated villa. It offers good service and an excellent restaurant. There is a free car park and it is a short uphill walk to the splendours of Labin's old town. There is some traffic noise from the neighbouring road.

Beautiful boutique hotel within an easy walk to old town Labin. The room was spotless and spacious. Great breakfast included and the restaurant for dinner was excellent. Excellent value in Istria; good and central base for exploring the region.

Very welcoming great value for money

Hotel Petiani is a new hotel (2016) close to the old town of Labin. It has excellent, friendly staff and superb facilities as well as being within walking distance of a fascinating hilltop town with plenty of history and character. The friendliness that we found elsewhere in Croatia was here in abundance, and the rooms were well-appointed. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal (3 courses and drinks for less than £40 each) and an impressive breakfast buffet. There is free parking on site and a good Wi-Fi connection. Well worth a visit.

Boutique, 4-star hotel in a completely renovated villa on the hillside leading up to old hilltop town of Labin. Comfortable room, good bathroom. Easy parking. Excellent restaurant. Excellent service. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

Hotel was very comfortable and unique. Food and service excellent. Enjoyed the old town and surroundings, easily reached by walking from hotel.

Bellissimo hotel, con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura nuova, camere molto spaziose in stile semplice e moderno. Anche il bagno e la doccia molto comodi. Nel giorno di pioggia abbiamo anche usufruito dell'area wellness, piccola ma confortevole. Anche il ristorante propone buoni piatti di carne e di pesce. Ci torneremo.
