- Two days earlier, I also booked a hotel in KL through Traveloka. I wasn't charged another RM 10, which was supposedly for tax. When I arrived, I was charged RM 10. So, why the difference? - Front office staff should be friendly, not aggressive.

Pros: Location was great right opposite Larkin Bus Terminal. Plenty of food eateries, 7-11 and KK Mart. There's qiblat direction in the room for Muslims. Iron & ironing board along the corridor for usage. Upon check in, there's a towel and toothbrush/toothpaste travel pack provided. Wi-Fi accessible in the room and I was given a lower floor as per my request. Cons: The room was not like the photo in the app website. There's no mini fridge and no shower gel in the shared toilet. *NB: Cash deposit of RM$50 and tourism tax of RM$10 per night upon check in.

Next time for the reception, read carefully, I clearly ordered a single room with a private bathroom. The price is different, and it is clearly stated, the size of the room is also different but it is still divided into rooms without a bathroom. The bathroom must be shared, knowing this, why didn't I pay and just order a single room without a toilet? Please be more careful

Upon arrival, I was surprised to discover that there was no window in the room. That's why the room was expensive for the price, $19. The staff at the hotel reception were not helpful and were clearly bored with their work. The only kind person who was very helpful was the maid. It was also good that the shared toilet and washroom used natural, chemical-free soaps and shampoos. This is a very appreciable and environmentally friendly act by the hotel owner. There is no wheelchair access and access for people with disabilities is difficult or even impossible.
