I enjoyed the stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, clean, and cleaning staff were meticulous in keeping the room clean and tidy. Transportation from and to the airport was a nice plus. Breakfast was plentiful, although it seemed to be more of a brunch than breakfast, which suited me well given my body clock. I would stay here again.

The room was nice and being centrally located made it easy to walk to all the places I wanted to see. On the flip side my night coincidended with a large protest that kept me up from the noise, not the hotels fault obviously.

It well located in Belgrade. You can safely walk anywhere.

Hotel was clean, my room spacious with pleasant colours and quiet as it was facing back. There was an issue with running water in the toilet, constant flow that needs to be fixed. Also, shower head on the ceiling needs to be put back at its place. Coffee is considered as a part of mini bar- first time in my life I had to pay for this and I do travel a lot. Staff was very kind and helpful, i liked their professional attitude. Hotel is at great location, city centre. I liked staying there and I hope to visit again.

Stayed four nights at the Mark hotel in Belgrade. Our room was on the eighth floor and was very comfortable, the window opened and as it was facing to the street it was a bit noisy even on a high floor. The staff are really nice and helpful, we had forgotten our adapter and they tried everything to help, eventually finding us a local shop that stocked them. Breakfast is varied and there is a good selection of hot and cold food. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Mark hotel 5 of us stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is in a great position to see the city. It’s very clean with a good bar area. The food and drink prices are very reasonable. There are 5 bars/restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff from the cleaners to the reception staff were very friendly and helpful I would recommend a stay at the Mark Hotel

End of October, the AC is already off, despite the weather rather warm and muggy. Have been advised by the stuff to keep the windows open. The hotel is on a busy street with tram tracks. The trams are very loud, and pass from early morning to past midnight. Could barely sleep

Mark Hotel was really comfortable and convenient. The included breakfast is very important.

Positives: Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Large room. Hot shower. Good choice for breakfast. Very clean Negatives:. Smell of drains in bathroom (drain cover had been covered with cling film but this had ripped slightly): Hot food at breakfast was barely lukewarm as the containers were not hot and the lids were left open. I appreciate that this is often the fault of guests but the breakfast staff made no attempt to close lids. Perhaps a sign would be useful. There was quite a bit of noise from the service pipes in the corner of the room. Overall: I was pleased with the property and would consider staying here again.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. The tram ran early morning and late at nights making a little noisy and also it doesn’t help that I am light sleeper.

Everyrhing was perfect! I really enjoy during the stay there. Zorica was extraordnary. I do not know her and she helps a lot. At the very last moment she found a room for me in a another hotel and save my life :) I love here <3

Very helpful staff (could pick up forgotten items at reception after checkout, helpful parking). Room felt like one whole class above what the pricing suggested, also fairly new and well cleaned. Thank you for wifi that made online work actually possible.
