Beautiful boutique Riad managed by fantastic, personable and very helpful staff. Super responsive and accommodating by email also. I cannot emphasise how kind and helpful they were with my partner and myself. Beautiful open terrace for breakfast too! Bliss is also central and a 5-10 min walk from all the medina sights (the Secret Jardin is literally outside) and great restaurants/cafes mere minutes away. Highly recommend.

Great riad in a beautiful part of the medina. Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Large comfortable room.

The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were served tea as we filled out documents on check in. They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. I had fallen ill one night and the hotel made me fresh squeezed orange juice at midnight to help me get my sugars back up. We would definitely revisit if we go back to Marrakesh, just for the great treatment from the staff. The room was beautiful as well. The rooftop area was serene and peaceful. Location was also great and you enter the souks straight away. The secret garden is also close by, as well as different restaurants.

We had a great stay at Bliss Riad. It's perfectly located in the northern Medina and close to a few favourite places such as Le Jardin Secret and Cafe Arabe. Step into the riad and it's an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Rooms are clean. The rooftop was a really nice place to hang out too, though the pool isn't swimmable at around 12 inches depth. On the whole, staff were kind and helpful. A couple of things could have made the visit even better. Communication with staff wasn't always great. For example, we weren't warned about the building work which was taking place during the final 2 days of the visit, and which was very disruptive at times. Just a simple warning to let us know timings would have been appreciated. Also, staff didn't always communicate between themselves: we ended up being the go between amongst staff who couldn't agree what time to book our airport transfer.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, good food, and in the heart of the Medina.

Staff were amazing and very positive from start to finish. 10/10 service that extended their hospitality at any opportunity and were very helpful with providing support with anything we required. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The property itself is beautiful and in a very good location.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They met us fro our taxi and walked us to the property. The property is very pretty and calm, whilst situated in the middle of the Medina. Roof terrace is stunning and the breakfast amazing

Riad Bliss was a very clean and calm place to rest amidst the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were all very friendly and professional. You’ll be conveniently located to everything in the Medina as well as an easy pick-up point for any excursions. Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared in front of me each day!!

Beautiful nice and clean Riad to live in the heart of old city Marrakesh. Excellent staff service and facilities. Loved the roof top terrace.
