Encontrar el estacionamiemto fue un poco complicado. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio. Hay que pagar por el eatacionamiento. Mi vuelo salia antes que las puertas del estacionamiento abriera, por lo que tuve que coordinar con la administracion del hotel y la administracion del estacionamiento para poder sacar mi carro antes de la hora de apertura. Afortunadamente todo salio muy bien.

The service was terrible and the place is not clean

Definitely the best option in Puerto Montt. Clean, well-managed, great location, grocery store just downstairs and steps to buses everywhere in Chile.

Decent hotel for the price Comfortable enough room /bed Restaurant windows were dirty. There is a sort of a outdoor space that is not accessible but not a good sight to look at Dirty, no maintenance !

Solid hotel. Great view of the lake! Very clean. Newer or updated recently. Rooms were decent sized. Breakfast was square. Location is right on the lake and next to the bus station. Great value for the price

Perfect location, clean, great view of a volcano!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Location on waterfront is nice. Attachment to bus station makes things very busy with lots of people moving around.

Convenient for bus across the Andes. Early breakfast was helpful. Good value for money.

Ibis is a basic chain but the prices is reasonable and the staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable but the breakfast was just ok. Decent value for money and no complaints

Hotel can use an upgrade and be cleaner.

No amenities or at least bottle of water , not much , but location and view are good , breakfast acceptable

Staff very helpful. Parking is problematic and the area is noisy.
