What a lovely property! We were caught by surprise!

I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and wonderful the Suite was, and the price wasn't bad for a Suite. And the jetted tub was very nice!

There was no "do not disturb" signs available. The vent in bathroom didn't work. There was a camera out front above the drive up that can see in our room. That needs to be moved lower. The casino in hotel is dingy. Just didn't really want to be in there. Needs remodeling.The biggest thing is that there's no gift shop. I was told they haven't had a gift shop since Covid. It needs to come back. It would be nice to have a gift shop if you needed an aspirin or maybe a bag of chips or soda variety. Yes, I'm aware of soda machine to purchase bottled soda on the same floor as our room. It had a few varieties but wouldn't take cash.

We stayed in a sky sweet. The room was really nice. Front desk staff were polite and helpful.

Was hoping for a nice pool and more dining options. However, the room was clean and staff was nice so overall a good experience.

I paid for a suite and never received any housekeeping while we were there, had to ask for clean towels twice before receiving them.

The staff at check in are wonderful. This hotel and casino might be a bit remote, but wow the hotel is great, I have stayed here 4 times in the past year to help take care of my dying mother, the beds are so soft and comfortable and the casino has good food. Love it here!

The hotel was very nice. I didn’t give it a 5 star because my husband and I were there for 4 nights and not 1 time did anyone come to clean our room. I’ve stayed at places that do not do daily cleanings but 4 nights is a bit too long to not clean a room.

The hotel is great, but the casino not so much. Way too many old games, closes early and opens up late.

Smells of smoke as soon as you walk in, location was ok as it is away from convenient restaurants and gas stations. They do have smoke free rooms but overall I wouldn’t say it’s family friendly, mostly older people. Pool was ok, no clean towels were available. For the price, it was on okay stay but if you’re looking for family friendly to stay for more than a night, I would go elsewhere

I thought since it was at a casino there would be restaurants accessible to our family. The restaurants were on the other side of the casino causing my family with my 18 y/o son to be given warnings do not deviate from a direct route to the restaurant. This was uncomfortable and not a way to start your evening. Dining is available but not easily accessible to families.

Always clean, spacious and welcoming.

The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was terrible. Could hardly see . Putting on makeup was impossible. Soap dispenser was very difficult to use. The shower head would wash you away; too much pressure. The restruants in the lodge left alot to be desired
