Pros: The room was spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned. If you’re lucky enough to get an outward-facing room, the view is quite nice. Otherwise, be prepared for a rather uninspiring view into a plain courtyard that unfortunately resembles a prison yard. Cons: Check-in was marked by multiple issues. Most notably, a guest had a bathroom accident at the hotel entrance and into the lobby (on the 5th floor). While unfortunate situations like this can happen, there were no signs posted to alert guests, and the hotel was clearly understaffed to manage the cleanup promptly or thoroughly. Parking was another major challenge. We were given four different sets of directions by four different people, all pointing to different parking locations. Ultimately, the concierge—who was overwhelmed but remained professional and courteous—had to physically escort me to the correct location. Calling guest services was also frustrating, taking five minutes to reach someone who was ultimately misinformed. Calls should be routed directly to the front desk to prevent unnecessary delays and confusion. Overall: I’ve rounded up my rating slightly due to the front desk's effort to provide a partial refund at checkout (which wasn’t possible due to booking through Expedia). However, based on this experience, I would not consider this a true 4-star hotel.

Really loved hotel. Super clean, modern, large comfortable rooms. Have workout equipment in the room. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very Modern

This is a great hotel. It is right in the heart of Downtown with the Greyhound/Amtrak station nearby. Great restaurants and the facility is modern/sleek. I had a fantastic time here.

Well, the hotel was an affordable price in a great location, I found that many of the amenities, and handicap accessible features of the hotel were not honored. Handicap spots were not supervised, problems with the room, telephone & refrigerator - the parking lot pass key - only one door accessibility for the pool area. I felt was dangerous. - only one elevator was working - and while the was comfortable and quiet - it was if each of the problems were something I had created. My last evening, the entire parking lot full all handicap spots were taken by those not marked - which I parked a great distance, and of course fell into the entrance of the hotel. Bleeding profusely, the evening manager appeared concerned and took photographs which she was promising to share with the dayshift manager. When I checked out, it was if nothing had happened, and she had no clue. While I talked with choice hotels during my stay, this particular manager did change her story about the ownership when I did ask for a name and phone number. She simply was ready to get me out of the hotel as if I were someone that complained all the time. The only issues are raised, which I did so politely, were issues that involve this particular hotel itself.

Really nice property, very nice rooms. A little outside of the prime area of downtown. But there is convenient parking. And there are still good dining options nearby. The rest of downtown is only a short walk away. Really great staff who were super friendly and attentive to our needs.

Every single staff is so friendly. The breakfast is healthy and delicious. Love their free lemon water. Every room has yoga and pilate equipment and disinfectant for stretching. The down side is no microwave in the bedroom and parking is not easy to find as a first time guest. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Pittsburgh.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a downtown Pittsburgh visit.

The hotel was not in a great area and the parking was in a sketchy municipal lot a block away. Also, the lobby was on the fifth floor and the entrance was much to be desired. S

Great stay. Largest room I can remember. I think it was an ADA room. Staff was great. Only weak part was entrance is weird and needs better signage.

Great location, all major destinations within walking distance. Clean, very quiet and comfortable.
