Poor reception attitude on arrival, small room that needs updating, breakfast ok3

Very convenient location in the centre of Versailles, just a few minutes walk from the Palace and Gardens. Bathroom was a bit small, but they often are in city centre holels and it's not really a complaint, just an observation. Secure Parking available on site for 20 Euro per 24 HR. If you're visiting Versailles, or don't want to stay in central Paris (just 25 mins away by train and the station is opposite the Ibis) then it's a great hotel. Staff were great and the breakfast was good too.

It was great! Easy check-in. We were able to store bags before check in time. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Best of all, the location was very convenient to both Chateau and downtown market areas. Perfect!

The service at check in was fantastic! Temu (I believe that is his name) was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable! The room was clean and offered everything we needed! The only problem for us was a lack of accessible parking.

Clean, comfortable and convenient, this hotel is an ideal base when visiting the Chateau at Versailles. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the chateau and is surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. It is close to a train station. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is a lift. There is a bar/ cafe in the lobby where a good breakfast is available at a reasonable price.

what a fabulous & affordable place to stay fo rsuch quick & easy access to both the railway station and the Palace of Vesailles. Bathroom could have been bigger to fit comfortably, but is was workable. Only real downside was lack of kettle/tea & coffee making facilities in the room - only option outside breakfat is to go & BUY it somewhere - put a bit of a downer on the stay

Tout était parfait à l’exception de l’odeur de moisissure intense et persistante dans la chambre qui provenait de la salle de bain. L’odeur était t’elle qu’elle m’a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. J’ai apprécié l’hôtel pour le reste.

The location is perfect, very close to the Chateau of Versailles, restaurants, train station … The room is small, but enough for one person. Breakfast is good and starts at 6h30, which is great for people like me, that like to leave early. The staff is very friendly Two things that I found unusual: the payment was automatically made the day before the check in (every other hotel in this trip was paid at the site) and there were no power outlets close to either side of the bed.

Personnel sympathique. Établissement bruyant du fait du manque d’isolation phonique au niveau des étages. Chambre très pauvre en équipement. Matelas vieillissant et peu confortable.

The breakfast was awesome and nice to get a full cup of coffee

The room was not as shown in the website it was small and reminded me of a hospital room.

Nice clean place to stay with great location. This is not a luxury hotel by any means.

Parking was complicated to find no markings, had to go in and ask for parking, elevator stopped working , room key locked us out of room and locked us in stairway .. breakfast was not bad … for free.
