have had the great fortune of being a guest at Rosewood on numerous occasions, and each visit reminds me why I always look forward to returning. This most recent stay was for three nights, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I could easily make a lengthy list of reasons why Rosewood continues to stand out, but for me, it always comes back to two things: the architectural richness of the property, and above all, the extraordinary hospitality of the people who bring it to life. The Rosewood team has a rare ability to make you feel not simply accommodated, but genuinely cared for. Every detail feels intentional, every interaction thoughtful, and every moment quietly refined. There is a sense that the entire team is there with one purpose — to enrich your visit in a way that feels effortless, gracious, and deeply personal. The property itself offers everything a traveler could hope for when seeking serenity in the heart of nature. Surrounded by a canopy of lush trees, natural gardens, and the peaceful sound of a tranquil stream running through the property, Rosewood creates a sanctuary that feels both elegant and restorative. I am already excited to return again next year. My sincere thanks to the entire Rosewood team, and to the remarkable General Manager, Mr. Jonathan, whose leadership is clearly reflected in every aspect of the guest experience. He and his team ensure that a visit to Rosewood is not merely a stay, but a lasting memory.

Incredible place and an absolutely perfect experience. The Rosewood Luang Prabang represents the best hospitality with the warmth of the Lao personality. Located beside (astride??) a lovely waterfall, the Rosewood is a peaceful resort with an intimate feel. We especially recommend suite #2 for its peaceful location just by the waterfall. The restaurant on property serves high quality Lao specialties and international options. The warmth of the staff and attention of the general manager added to the qualiity of our stay. We also took advantage of the staff's advice/booking for local restaurants, which worked out perfectly as well. We travelled to this property with a group of friends, and each of us loved this place. Speaking of friends, the bar served cocktails inspired by local flavors and was a great place to gather before or after excursions in the area. We were glad for the location 10 minutes away from town, which really feels perfect. We enjoyed car service into town whenever we needed it. This experience has turned us into fans of the Rosewood brand, and we look forward to exploring more of their properties on future travels. Thank you, Rosewood Luang Prabang

The staff was wonderful

Beautiful hotel, excellent service.

The room was clean and the staff was very cheerful and helpful. The variety of food offered at breakfast and dinner was fine, but we thought the food a bit bland. The lattes in the morning were not hot as one would expect. We loved our room and the setting and loved the shuttle service, which was prompt and always available when we needed it.

The hotel is very peaceful, fully equiped, staff are execellent and attentive from the moment you step into our hotel transfer till the moment we left for our home. We had a wonderful 4 night stay, breakfast was fantastic with multiply choices. We were taught on how to play a game called petanque, we throughly enjoyed the competition with the Hotels staff. We left with fond memories.

部屋の内装はおしゃれでよかったです。しかし、上の階の音がすべて響く構造で子供の声が夜もうるさかったです。 またチェックアウト後空港までタクシーを呼ぶのに困っていたら、ホテルスタッフの方が自分で呼ぼうとしたタクシーの値段の3倍を提示し、通常無料のはずの街までのシャトルバスも20分来ないと言われ残念でした。
