No traditional reception. Check-in is very late at 8 pm which we didn’t get any information about when booking on hotels.com! We made the booking for three nights on hotels.com and an employee asked us to pay extra, even if everything was included when booking. But after a lot of talk they admitted they were wrong! What a mess! Breakfast not very tasty but included. A motel? No, a KTV building with a lot of noise until midnight :(

Service is meh. Design is meh. Didn't provide a second choicr of room design. Attitude was just fine. Cleanness was poor. Had to ask for maid to come clean again. Equipment is cheap and low quality. Amenity is old and worn out. Flushing button is wobbly. I regret going. I recommend avoiding.

Everyone was very friendly and they've gone out of their way to communicate with us in English. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was luxurious and the amenities were great. The only negative was the mold/dirt on the floor around the bottom of the bathtub. We will book another stay at this motel if we are in the area again.

Hotels平台無法解決客人問題，並浪費客人一個小時的時間，線上客服失蹤不回覆。 飯店非常棒。

停車方便、員工服務態度良好、早餐不錯吃。

微風的房間足夠大，浴池也足夠寬廣，放水的速度很不錯。 窗外造景別緻，擁有類似露天風呂的寬闊感，值得推薦。 早餐是自助餐，選擇多，但是沒有現做餐點略微可惜。

每次帶孩子來都會住這，cp值高，有停車場，親子房總是讓孩子玩得開心。早餐很好吃。

房間標示禁止吸菸，但床和枕頭整個都是煙味，沒穿拖鞋走在房間裡襪子整個都是黑的。

很棒的住宿體驗！有機會會再次前往！
