Delightful small hotel. Air-conditioned room was definitely a plus. Would gladly stay there again.

Fantastic hotel highly recommended. Was a little surprised that the bar closed as early as 10.00pm on a Saturday night (there were plenty other options for a drink nearby). Was particularly impressed with the breakfast. The pancakes were excellent and I have never had the option of ice cream with pancakes for breakfast before. Highly recommended.

Beautifully designed, welcoming staff and a great location for exploring the old town

Viljandi is a very small town. The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The room is comfortable with lots of space. I was disappointed that they wanted to charge 50 euros to check in before 3 pm although rooms were available when we arrived at 1:30.

Accommodation was perfect, parking perfect but restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner need more training in hospitality and customer service.

Very beatiful hotel, best location, great territory near it. But please never choose rooms without windows to outside(as we had), no fresh air, nothing to breathe like in the box without oxygen, ventilations not working properly, sleeping was awful. There were rooms with big windows, choose them for stay. Breakfast very good, location is the best one, liked all in hotel exept sleeping in the room.
