Las sábanas y el cochón olía a orina, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación. Ademas la llave del lavabo estaba rota, demostrando la falta de mantenimiento. Me dio mucho asco el olor a orina que no me volvería quedar ahí

El hotel está muy bien para descansar, el personal amable y el servicio excelente, pero está lejos de todo, no hay actividades cerca, tampoco puedes llegar caminando a ninguna parte. No hay transporte público a la mano.

Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced.Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from downtown so, next time I'll book another hotel nearer.

The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth

I People need really a good customer service The best part nobody smile

has a very funny strange smell in the lobby, staff is very rude, and the food (the breakfast) is nasty. and the owels in the room had stains on it, the room is quiet dirty and if you complain or say something they treat you like if you were the bad guy. House keeping also does ot respect people are sleeping. they just dont care. do not ever recommend this place on expedia. the pictures are not real
