Nothing bad to say, although I did struggle to find it. Comfortable, clean, small gym, fantastic breakfast, great value.

Stayed here as i was attending a conference at the same site, and the price was great, plus it included my evening meal and breakfast. Last year i stayed at another hotel further away, and meals had to be bought off-site, so this was a much better option for me this time. Really enjoyed my time here and will be back next year.

The staff were very helpful . Everything was as described in the booking . Ony this it can be hard to find

Have stayed here before for work, property is convenient with breakfast and evening meal included in the price. Options in the restaurant for evening meal are pretty good, but it is cafeteria style. No irons available for the rooms, but there are areas with irons and boards available. Rooms are generally okay but some areas where it is getting tired or damaged.

Rooms on the small side but clean & comfortable. Restaurant had short opening hours for breakfast and dinner, but plenty of choice & good value meals.

CG28 had obviously been cleaned in the past but the bedroom was dusty, there was a dead spider on the bed. The bathroom was dusty too with orange soap marks and mould at the seal in the shower.

Breakfast served from 7:00 - 8:30 only. The restaurant closes at 7:30 in the evening. Check out at 10:00. OK if one is there for a demanding training schedule, but not exactly "hotel like" timings...

Basic accommodation in a business centre. Good value for money and safe surroundings. Close to M6.

Check in was awful. The reception areas was like a mad house and you couldn’t move for people queuing to get in the restaurant. The receptionist apologised for my wait as she ‘couldn’t get to me through the people’ I couldn’t go for my pre paid dinner because of the amount of time it would have taken which I didn’t have . I was given no information about breakfast times and had to ask about dinner. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was very busy and not set up appropriately to speed masses through

Not a traditional hotel stay, but would stay again

Great clean room, quiet and great area to work in

Whilst it was not a bad stay it was a little bit different to what I was expecting. More in the style of a university campus than a hotel. The rooms are in separate buildings blocks to the main reception area. The room was compact, but comfortable. The restaurant was more like a canteen with only a few options served from a counter. The meals themselves were nice. The bar was in separate area so if you want alcohol with your meal, you have get it from the bar and take it to the restaurant. The staff were polite and friendly.

Although it wasn't like a conventional hotel stay, the stay was adequate for my need. The room was spottlessly clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were there too.

Good food but its basically just a former BT training camp. Feels very military.

Funny, this was my 2nd stay in 2 weeks so I got the Deluxe room this time. It was smaller less "Deluxe" in every way. I got my colleague a standard room (like we both had last time) and his was much better, exactly like both rooms the previous week. Anyhow, it is simple and clean and does exactly what you would expect. Loads of nice food for breakfast and evening included in the price.

Size of the place is a bit of putting not like going to an hotel but for what it was for and for the price it fits the job ehould stay again no problem
