Odd system, but it works. The room was basic but very clean, everything worked properly.

I stayed for a few nights. Close to Metro station. Quiet area. The air-con in the room was good. The shared bathrooms were disappointing, very small and cramped. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you want a solid night sleep because other guests coming/going can be easily heard. Using the website to open the front and room doors was easy, and you can connect to their wifi from the street so don't necessarily need signal everytime. Overall very much lower end of average quality, but given the very reasonable price for August it was okay.

The location is good, near the Metro. The school is next door. It's extremely noisy. The check-in is a big headache. They want to make it all automatic. But their IT people are not experienced and drive guests nuts. I stayed there for 3 days. I did not see a single guest to be happy with their system. Imagine waiting in the heat for 2-3 hours at the front door to get an instruction email from their AI or IT. If you leave the hotel, you may not be able to get into your room because their application may not work for you. There is no direct customer service contacts. You are always under the surveillance cameras from front door to stairs and hallways. It might feel safe, but you have no privacy. The shared with (12 other people) bathroom and shower walls are all molded. Watch out if you are allergic to the molds. They have no TV to reduce the noise and make a relaxing environment. You get anything except relaxation. I would not recommend to my friends and family.

It was alright. We only needed to stay there for our early flight the next day so it was ok.

Honestly did not have high hopes, with reviews of cockroaches the previous year and pretty poor reviews generally. Not going to lie, the first night was absolutely fine with a functional AC and a decent sleep. However, the second night we came back to several cockroaches scurrying around our luggage and the furniture in the room. We immediately booked a room somewhere else and got an Uber away as we could not stay in a room where the cockroaches are free to move between the floor and walls with no idea how many there are. Not bad for a night but our experience wasn’t too pleasant - maybe it’s a summer thing as no one else has had similar problems for a while but happy holiday booking!

It took over an hour and a half to get into the property. We even called multiple times and were hung up on every time. The property was fine.

This property has been the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The first night I arrived I noticed the bed wasn’t clean and the bathroom was clogged. I tried to ask them for a solution and they couldn’t provide cleaning services that late during the day so my only option was to find another place to stay. Half of my trip was spent dealing with them requesting a refund. One example was they said someone would call me in 10 minutes as I’m stranded outside locked out of the place because they said I abandoned the property but I had no choice- I wasn’t going to stay somewhere that wasn’t clean. I have screenshots of all the conversations that were very unhelpful. No one ever called me back until 2 hours later. It was awful and I preferred to lose my money than to have to deal with them any longer.

I really liked that the property was very close to the metro exit. And in the morning it was close enough to walk to a commercial center. I also liked that there was a microwave on the third floor. The major downside is that the walls are VERY THIN.

Extremely difficult to get into electronic entrance, very vague instructions. Would never stay again

Stubborn staff would not allow cancellation even days ahead. Foreigners should steer clear because the self-check in process is a nightmare.
