Stay at Feel Osaka Yu is a very nice experience for us. Bed room, rest room and kitchen very clean. Mr Kazu very nice And polite, When my husband get sick, he give us a medicine and let us to use his humidifier.

Impeccable service. It was my first time to travel internationally and Kaz was a great help when I was in trouble. There was also a bit of orientation upon checking in, and a map of suggested places to see nearby. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood near Dotonbori and 2 subway lines, which is a good jump-off place when travelling around Osaka. I stayed in the women-only floor. Facilities are modern, the place is relatively new and clean, there are two vending machines inside the building, extra blankets (didn't need it during my stay) and extra hangers. Best is Kaz because he can speak English well and he is very helpful and it's easy to talk to him.
