Breakfast is the highlight. Disappointed not able to watch the tv channels I wanted

The location is good - near the beach and Spa. The food is outstanding - probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had during our many visits to Bridlington.

The hotel located five minutes to a beach. Twenty minutes walk to a town. The hotel located on not busy street, very quiet during night time.

Great hotel / b&b breakfast freshly cooked and fantastic not like food in corporate hotels. Quality ingredients and plenty of it. Staff friendly and helpful. Great to stop in a place like this when at the seaside will definitely be back

The property is in a great location, however it needs to be updated. Our room was in a poor condition. The bath panel held on with sellotape and full of mould. The bathroom window is not frosted although there was a net curtain. There was also net curtains to the main window, also one of the windows could not be opened. Outdated electrics. The property is old fashioned, however the breakfast was great.

The location was ideal, couldn't fault the breakfast, would definitely go back
