There was no breakfast and no communication to guests that breakfast was not available. If this was the case then guest should have been partially refunded and alternative options communicated. People book B&Bs because they do not know the area. Room not tidied in mornings, towels not replaced, tea facilities not replenished, rubbish bins not emptied and my booking was a Deluxe room??
