Staff in the check in area are very attentive

Excellent accommodations with private hot spring bath. Service was above and beyond. Afternoon tea and late night snacks in addition to the nice breakfast were all included. Really enjoyed our stay.

Room has a musky mouldy smell when we enter. Perhaps due to the moisture from hot spring bath that is attached to the room. Our beds were not made on the second day. Pillows not entirely enjoyable to use. Bed is good. Bkfast and supper spread is delightful.

Pretty nice in room Onsen experience. Some nice local dishes with breakfast. (An annoy sound during night hours, from above the floor? Though we did fall asleep after a relaxing good bath!) Nice location and surroundings, convenient too.

We arrived at breakfast at 10:00am... which was exactly when they stopped serving breakfast. We were told we would not be served... although there were 20 people sitting, eating at tables and food still out. We were eventually told we could take a plate to go. We walked out with our plates while everyone was still sitting, eating, and others were arriving to join them and eat. We were treated like homeless people.

Kids friendly with kids play area and kids activities. Excellent service staff and we had a great stay. Only disappointment is that the water for the bathtub doesn’t seem to be hot spring water.

Too busy breakfast buffet

It was a great experience. Totally I stayed for 2 nights (booked separately) and the service was great especially the 2nd day's breakfast, they even prepared an additional special meal for us. What a surprised!!!! Swimming pool was nice and clean and my kid love it. I will definitely come back again

The hotel is new and clean. The facilities are all in good condition!

We spent 2 nights there and the styay was relaxing. Thr hotel locates at the most convenient point of the town, though you can't expect much as the town itself is quiet. However, I'd say it's good for us as we were expecting a recharge instead of.dazzling trip. The hotel was in good condition, we got private Hotspring tub in our room n our kids are kinda young, so we didn't try their public bath. The suite itself is cozy just it wasn't as spacious as I thought according to the photos diaplayed. Nice n helpful staff. May visit again

The room's insulation is bad. You can hear noise outside the door easily. And there is something wrong with the air conditioner, sometimes cold and sometimes not.

Restaurant is simple with very limited selection of meals. In room hot spring bath space is narrow and small.
