Well located and provided the basics for what you need while touring the city. We only stayed one night.

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed but only one pillow. Would have liked drink making facilities in the room although free coffee machine in reception. Excellent breakfast available daily charged separately. Good location easy walking distance to the centre.

A wonderful hotel full of character. You would stay here for the breakfast alone!! A fabulous selection of healthy, fresh food served in the hotel’s wonderful cellar. Also, the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also good with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Also an easy walk to the old city. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit wonderful Riga. 😀

Good breakfast, room and everything I needed. Can't watch tv from the bed so bring a laptop if you wanna lay and watch movies.

Very basic, ok location

This is a trash tier hotel. There is no AC. The shower in the bathtop was awful. The ceiling was cracked from water damage. The reception was too ill equipped to even provide a corkscrew. Avoid it if you can.

It was minus 21 degrees C, and I was worried the hotel would be cold, but it was really toasty, with heat coming through the radiator and floor throughout the night. The hotel is in a great location, with nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. You could also get free water and coffee from reception, and the receptionists were lovely. The building and rooms looked cool in a traditional way, although our bathroom tiles were loose. It was 25 minutes walk to the old town.

It is very quiet despite hotel being nearly in the centre of the city. The shops, public transport and dining options are on the doorstep. City centre is in 10 minutes walk and old town in 15 minutes walk. The staff was polite and hotel was clean and warm during my visit in December 2023. I would book it for my next visit without hesitation.

Room was very cold. Staff said its not hotels fault as in Riga heating is not turned on. I believe that although hotel is not responsible for heating in Riga, it has responsibility for its customers to provide comfortable accomodation as its the service that they are providing. Thus they could have organized some heaters etc in rooms to enable warm rooms still!

Was over for the football with my Son. Location was excellent for the Old Town (about 20 Min) and the Stadium (5 min). Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and prices reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing I missed , was a coffee maker available . There was only Coffee available during breakfast.

Very pleasant hotel. Rooms are clean, temperature can be adjusted to your needs, delicious breakfast.

The location was excellent, though the street was noisy at night, with traffic and nearby bars. The free coffee and filtered cold water were a real bonus.

The breakfast starts too late, so I had to leave without having it. The hotel is OK, nothing special, but clean. The price is also low, most likely due to its location.

I'm glad I've had a chance to discover this place. Recently opened highly sophisticatedly redesigned old apartments building. It is super clean and comfortable. The coffee machine on the lower level makes delicious coffee. The hotel has well equipped laundry room. All the stuff is friendly and helpful. Thanks, Ilona and Yegor, I would definitely stay again at the Stabu Sēta Residence.

Within walking distance to the old town - GREAT STAFF.

The hotel is quite a walk from the old town but as we consider ourselves to be travellers and not tourists this was not a problem. Fabulous restaurants are within metres of the hotel. The staff were the most helpful that we have found anywhere, and we travel a lot! The room was small but big enough to feel comfortable and the only criticism would be that there was no aircon which made the room feel very hot and stuffy at times.
