Clean room, friendly staff, great location if you want to walk around lake or want to try the public foot bath. They have a public onsen in the hotel. If you are interested in the local public onsen, it's also walking distance.

The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The customer service is attentive and thoughtful. As for the meals, there is an impressive variety of dishes, most of which are delicious—especially the botan shrimp, yellowtail, and the steamed egg custard with nodoguro. In addition, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was the best I’ve had across my past ten ryokan stays. You can tell the differences through their careful selections of food ingredients. Excellent

Quality of onsen is good. The room look tired, but clean. The food is good.

Wonderful staff trying to do their best in the middle of a remodel in a dated property - few restaurant options near the hotel - Unfortunately, we had no view to the lake because of the remodel; however, we were never informed about this neither by the hotel not by hotels.com when we made the reservation.

ふくい桜マラソンの帰りに宿泊しましたが、スタッフの方々の対応がとても優しく居心地良かったです。また、温泉も気持ち良く、すべてにおいて高水準の宿でした。また利用したいです。

The staff and meals were good. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Yet, air-conditioning made the room hot like sauna! Luckily, a staff could look for a fan for me so I could sleep. It is better for the hotel to let customers choose room temperature by themselves.

一番残念なのは湖の眺めです。隣のホテル取り壊し中、中庭ボロボロ、露天風呂からは何も見えない。噴水はあがらない。ウキウキ弁天は、入場できない。 今の片山津温泉は、お客さんを受け入れる状態ではないようです。秋田さんのお料理、ほぼ源泉の泉質だけは素晴らしい。今は時期が悪いようです。

建物は年季が入ってますが、リニューアルされて清潔感があります。特に大浴場と食堂は、おしゃれです。 人気の食事がとても満足しました。量、質ともに充実しており、何食べても美味しかったです。食事に関してはここ数年間で訪れた温泉旅館でも最も良かったです。日本酒飲み放題が、色々と飲み比べできたのも良かった。

源泉掛け流しの大浴場は大変満足できるものでした。日替わりの男湯、女湯それぞれの浴場は清潔で広さもあり快適です。露天風呂も洗練された良いデザインでとても気に入りました。 建屋、客室は若干古さがあるものの清潔でスタイルも良く満足できるものです。個室に露天風呂がついているのも良いと思います。 現在旅館はリニューアル工事中で来春の完成後には是非また訪れたいと思います。

酒店正在裝潢 影響了景觀

직원의 친절함과 맛있는 식사등 모든면에서 만족 했습니다. 객실 및 대욕장도 좋았으며, 바로 근처에 있는 족욕탕도 휴식을 취하기에 좋습니다. 사회 생활에 지쳐서 Refresh차 다녀왔는데 매우 만족한 시간이었습니다

お部屋が広く、ベッドルームが別になっていて ゆったり出来て、良かったです。

スタッフの皆さんは大変気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。大浴場の露天風呂が綺麗にリニューアルされていて良かった。大浴場入り口のドアが男女ともに重かった。部屋の露天風呂にシャワーが欲しかった。

夕食時のスタッフの料理の説明・質問した時の丁寧な答え方、とても楽しく夕食の時間を過ごせました。料理もとても美味しく満足です。 また、部屋の露天風呂に入りながらの花火は最高でした。良い思い出が出来ました。

温泉とお料理とサービスは素晴らしいです。 施設の老朽化は否めないですが、室内はとても清潔で充分満足できました！

バースデーケーキを準備して頂きました。 最後のデザートと同じタイミングでバースデーケーキを出して下さり、ホットコーヒーもサービスで人数分出して頂きました。美味しいケーキでした。 有り難うございました。

温泉の満足度が非常に高く、居心地が良かった。スタッフの方も丁寧でよかった。

久しぶりに温泉宿に泊まりましたが温泉気分をゆっくりあっじ会うことができました。
