Very friendly staff clean room excellent view from the top rooms unfortunately not enough hot water. I still love the vibe.

The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful.

El hospedaje muy limpio, solo a considerar el estacionamiento si no quieren usar el que ofrecen con cargo extra, da una vibra de hostal pero cuentas con baño privado.

Segunda vez que vamos no hay agua caliente "porque se apaga el calentador" No está bien "tapado" entra luz por todos lados en las madrugadas Musica y ruidos de martillos y taladros en domingo a las 7.30 am Impresionante la mala calidad por el precio que cobran
