This is a wonderful hotel. It’s beautiful and has a prime location, just a short walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. From here, you can easily walk to many shopping malls, entertainment attractions, and popular places of interest.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. W Hotels never disappoint!

W hotel Kuala Lumpur is a PERFECT hotel for us, family with 2 kids. The room is spacious, and the receptionist was very kind to upgrade our room facing KLCC. A perfect view. The room was very clean, smells so good, full with modern art and decorative. The toilet was clean, bathtub was big enough for our 2 kids. The breakfast was way at the next level, full of varieties, the pastry was 5 star. Overall, we surely will repeat and repeat again. Keep up this high quality hotel.

From check-in to check out everything run very smoothly. I'll give 5 stars rating for the front office that checked me in/out (forgot his name, sorry). He is very nice and represents the true hospitality service during this pandemic. Thank you to other staff as well working that day given a 100% hospitality every inch of it. Buffet breakfast was amazing and W hotel maintain the standard of it. Oh just in case you might forget you have to get ready for a refundable security deposit myr 500. The gym was so-so although it was still closed. The swimming pool must book in advance if you want to jump in. Oh and my room view, I got it facing graveyard but it's OK reminds me of my late mom that passed away and today is her birthday. Lastly, do enjoy my pictures. Will definitely come back again. 17-21 I was at the W Hotel Kuala Lumpur the hotel was very luxurious, the service was very good, complete facilities from swimming, gym, club and others were all provided by the most amazing hotel right beside Petronas tower so when I woke up I could see Petronas tower who became the icon of Malayasia and who didn't lose the August 19 spectra. My birthday when I arrived at the club was given a surprize thanks W 😘

The service was very very slow. Asked for body wash wait for one hour, called again said maybe the room service forgot. Asked for towel the next day, also wait for an hour same thing happened. Asked for bellboy to help us checkout, bellboy didn't come after waited for 30mins. Guess they forgot again? Next visit will prefer four season for sure.

The room is spacious, according to photos, good food, really top service, check-in can be very early, bonus room is right in front of the petronas tower.
