Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!

Absolutely fabulous. Beautiful room. Pristine bathroom and bedding. Lovely meal and good beer in the evening. Friendly welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast…so much choice. Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you so much.

Amazing, friendly and welcoming staff, superb room, and a truly great find in an excellent location just off A49! What’s not to like?!

Staff we dealt with fine. Shower Room/Toilet was cramped, anyone who was large would struggle to use it. TV didn't really work as feed froze so gave up watching, and was slow to allow anything else to come up. Didn't have enough milk for tea, but thankfully good supply in breakfast room. The breakfast, though self service had everything you could need, and was really tasty. Added bonus was you could chat to other folk staying.

Easy parking, welcoming staff. Beautiful rooms which were well cleaned. Food at the pub/restaurant was lovely and well priced.

Very nice break, made to feel welcome by all the staff, very helpful as well. The room was very clean and adequate for our stay, good selection for our continental breakfast. Nice selection of meals on the menu and the food we chose was very enjoyable. Would we stay again yes very likely.

Room, bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Lovely and warm. Good choice of ( self service) breakfast. Pub next door was excellent. Good value meals with very pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again.

Suite was clean, quite and spacious. Layout of room was good. Shower was easy to use. Free continental breakfast was Excellent. Only negative, room was cold, no heating.

He was as expected. However, the continental breakfast which we had to serve ourselves included a very good. Selection of cereals and toast, however there was no milk or butter!

Could do with a courtesy light by the steps going up to our room, even if it was a sensor light. Dark, could easily trip

Wasnt able to gain access to the property phoned around 30+ times with no answer been waiting on a responce for a refund for around a week now with no responce hotels.com is also to blame with ridiculous regulations. The guy ispoke to on the phone a few days later was very helpful and stated about the issue and it wasnt a problme but how long all this has been now its just beyond a joke
