The staff was amazing. Rose-Ann is by far the best manager I have met. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure that everything went well. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.

Excellent location! Close to shopping, the old fort and the waterfront. Beautiful decor in room and in the dining and breakfast rooms, plus snacks in the room too!

Clean enough room and property, Very friendly and helpful staff. They are serious about the breakfast cut off. Make sure to fill up your coffee. Great location. Kind of a mash of style and decor. Would stay again

Beautiful public rooms and bedroom. Lovely staff. Fab breakfast with good choice. Plenty of parking. Very close to centre.

First assigned room was undergoing maintenance. Door was open and bed was covered with construction debris. Although I had paid for a deluxe loch view room, the second room had a window so cloudy we could barely see out of it. Room was tiny. Not the159 square feet advertised. Ceiling panel was hanging down and water stains on the ceiling. Don’t accept room 3 if you decide to stay here. At that point we were just too travel weary and accepted what we were given. I saw other, much nicer rooms the next day. Staff was fine, but room experience was quite poor.

Beautiful view from windows. Easy walk to stores, restaurants. Free parking, but might be tough if you had a big car. Our room required an electric plug in heater, which was fine once we knew. Staff was friendly.

Room was cold and water in bathroom took ages to get warm. The whole Place looked as it needed renovation.

Staff were helpful

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Every MGM that we have stayed at have been lovely. The deluxe loch view room with breakfast and evening meal was a true bargain. The food was excellent. The room and view weee superb, the public areas were lovely. The location couldn’t be better. The man that checked us is was very helpful and kind and then also served us for dinner and explained everything. The bed, breakfast and evening meal option included a three course meal (with no surcharges at all - not even for a steak). The man that checked us out even gave us a gift, truly lovely hotel chain with kind honest and caring staff. Would recommend and will return. Thank you.

Hotel was perfect, staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was faultless. The room was super clean and the beds and bedding really comfortable. Will definitely stay in a Muthu hotel again
