Very pleasant stay. Lovely room facing the sea with all the facilities you would need.

A warm welcome. And kindness throughout our stay. Food service and hosts were excellent. This lovely Guest House is run very well tidy and clean. We were made to feel at home. Host always available. We are hoping to return again.

Can't say anything bad about this guesthouse. Neil was absolutely brilliant as a host , friendly knowledgeable and a good laugh. The most amazing full breakfast and fresh coffee this morning. The only downside is I couldn't stay longer. I will be back soon.

I had a brilliant time Suenos Guesthouse. Teresa and Neil were so kind and friendly towards me and made my stay memorable. The guesthouse is in a brilliant location on the eastern esplanade on the seafront but is also very peaceful. It’s immaculately clean and my room was very comfortable and warm, with a powerful shower. The breakfast is fantastic with a huge array of choices and sets you up brilliantly for the day. I look forward to coming back already.

Simply, the best guest house I've ever stayed at.

Perfect location easy reach of the Shopping Centre which is about 15 mins walk. The accommodation first class with attentive hosts. By the beach/sea more than happy with our choice.

Very welcoming & warm hosts. Very comfortable bed and I slept soundly (which is unusual for me). The breakfast was beautifully cooked and they happily tailored it for me. In the room and downstairs area there ae a wide range of provisions (eg make up mirror and cotton make up remover pads). Tea pigs and good coffee options. And honesty bar in room and downstairs. Great outside seating with view of the sea. Beautifully furnished & decorated throughoutI would return without hesitation.

Teresa was lovely and warm when welcoming me into her Guest House. I also appreciated the text asking my arrival time and accommodating to me not knowing. Offered advice on eateries and bars in the area as well. Perfect host.

We only stayed overnight and did not have breakfast. We chose the cheapest (very small) room but it was fine for our purposes. The owner was great, the bed and bedding first class and the shower was also great. There was good quality Tea Pigs tea in the room, fresh milk and mince pies. The room was quiet and very warm (we had to turn the radiator off). There was a lovely lounge and breakfast area downstairs though we did not get an opportunity to use it. Would definitely stay here again if attending events in the area, but would choose larger room if it was for more than 1 night.

Brilliant I arrived a little bit late however Neil the host was brilliant made me feel welcome told me where I can go & eat & to watch the football The accommodation was spotless the room was good shower good little details & touches were to be seen everywhere Breakfast was good If I give this 10 out of 10 the problem I will get is that everyone will want to go & that then means that when I am in the area again it may be full & I cannot get in I’ll take the chance 10 out of 10

Super room with all the facilities, we were lucky enough to have a bathroom with rolltop bath - very soothing!

From the moment we walked in, the stay was amazing, friendly hosts who welcomed us and gave us great information about the area and where is best to go on our stay. The room was incredible, clean and with a great view. Breakfast in the morning was equally just as great as everything else! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Great weekend, thank you
