Close to the station. Breakfast was basic. Staff was nice.

Excellent service

It's a very average hotel situated just outside the Shin Yamaguchi station. Just a good place for a rest. The staff were very good and it has all the services that one would expect from Japanese stays.

Hotel staff was kind.

About 7minutes walk from station. Judging from looks, this is an old hotel, but still pleasant. Comic books can be borrowed from reception. Free mineral water during checkin. Near a konbini & some izakayas.

dirty, smelly, lack of conveniencies

I learned that in Japan, when the Emperor visits a dwelling, that the owners of the dwelling will not renovate that dwelling. If that is true, the Emperor must have visited this hotel in 1911, since the hotel is outdated, smelly, and probably wasn't even properly cleaned since then. The Wifi is slow, the room is dark (mine didn't have a window), there is no desk or chair, or place to put luggage. Most tents are more comfortable than this place. The staff is kind and tries to be helpful, but there is not a single person who speaks English, and apparently the staff doesn't know there are translator apps and/or live telephone translators. If I needed something, I went to the Comfort Hotel next door.

An older hotel. But little choice- everything else was booked. Nice service, nice breakfast, but very small room and bathroom. TV was an 18" monitor. Elevator held 3 adults. 2 block walking distance to train station.

古い施設だけど快適でした

古い施設と伺いましたが、昭和感があり良かったです。駅至近ですが、やや迷いました。 wifiも繋がりました。

駅近いから便利

自分の部屋が移動した様な部屋だったので、快適だった。

値段に対してのホテルとしての設備はとても十分でした。満足してます。

コインランドリーがリーズナブルなのがとても良かった。部屋から新山口駅の車庫エリア？を一望できたのも貴重でよかったです

くさい。フロントからして臭い。どうしようもないのだろう。部屋も臭い。

ウォシュレットがない！

ビジネスで利用しました。あいにく喫煙の部屋しかあいておらず、タバコ臭はしましたが、お値段に対しては十分なコンディションでした。

部屋は古い施設なので、仕方が無いと思う。値段を考えれば安めである。

風呂に水をためて栓を抜くと排水口からあふれる。衛生的に印象が悪い。 部屋の床がベコベコしている。トイレがシャワートイレではない。 以上が、不満点です。 スタッフさんの対応は悪くありません。
