During check-in the staff should explain to customers the way to stick the"make-up room"sign if we want to make up room and also other facilities available at which floor etc. Nothing was told to us.

Already paid according to the application request, 2 adults & 1 child, but when at the hotel we were asked for an additional fee of 6000 Yen, because their child limit was 6 years old, and our son was over 6 years old. Because it was late at night we had to pay.

Dear manager my room 808 was very dirty and bad smelly also when I opened the futon duvet cover inside the bed I found so many long hair and dirty spot, that I had been cleaning myself until midnight and I cannot sleep until morning because of many long hair and bad smell. Totally very disappointing not my expectation for renew apa hotel and housekeeping did not cleaned . because I had serious skin allergy and ashma my skin became red for whole body. please can I had been conversation with the front manager Otasan to canceled my stay yesterday to give me compensation solution of this very bad dirty room. and I will never stay again and no recommend thank you

The room is cute. If sleeping alone, think that it is wider than all branches of Apa. Not very far from JR station But a lot around the hotel station Considered a bit far better than other hotels About 200 meters from the tram The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, only the receptionist is still rather unfriendly in my opinion. For a good location close to the morning market and JR Hakodate Station, walk a short walk.

What hotel is close to hokedate morning market, close to the train station, very strategic, clean rooms, satisfying service. Very recommended.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel, just a 5 minute walk to Hakodate Station. The rooms and facilities are quite good and can soak in the bathtub. Hot water showers are always available, the staff is friendly.
