Small, clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price. Across the street from a large mall, Walmart and Sam’s Club. No refrigerator or microwave

Parking is right in front. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were very helpful. Planning to stay here again when I come back down.

Great location

The first day we opened the room, we noticed that the pillows and the blanket were dirty. We had to inform the staff, and they changed them. If we hadn’t told them, we would have had to sleep in a dirty bed.

There is a charge for everything. No hand towels no wash clothes just two bath towels. Breakfast was joke!

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we found the room lacking in amenities. Although there was a duvet, there was no top sheet on the bed. And the bottom sheet was not fitted for the mattress and you could not tuck it in. On retrospect, maybe there was no bottom sheet. There were no hand towels, but upon asking we were provided a third bath towel. A liter of bottled water was provided, but there were no glasses in the room, but paper cups provided when requested at the front desk. Maybe these issues relate to attempts at water conservation (less water used for cleaning) or more likely the relatively inexpensive cost (however our experience at similarly priced hotels has been better)

Great value for your money and away from the noise and craziness of the Malecón

Great staff. Bed was just a pad. Got no sleep. Food at restaurant rather plain and bland. On par with a motel 6.

Quiet and you can easily walk to the mall for dinner or shopping needs.

No issues, except what said would really like a fridge or ice but they don’t advertise it and don’t have it. Also no water in room but it is available next to check in free

Ibis are all the same. No frills. Clean. Friendly. Good prices

This is an excellent hotel, clean and safe car parking. I will stay here again when I am back in Mazatlan.

Courtyard was nice touch. Bathroom is outdated, but clean. Over all the pleasant stay.
