L’hôtel n’a pas hésité à me proposer immédiatement une autre chambre suite à un problème de chauffage dans ma chambre initiale. Pour s’excuser de ce problème, ils m’ont proposé une nouvelle chambre supérieure à celle de ma réservation

Beautiful property and history, disappointing service and amenities. Checkin, food, in room dining, customer service were all not aligned to property.

Un endroit plein de charme où j'ai pris plaisir à séjourner chaque semaine pendant plusieur mois. Les espaces communs et les chambres ont été rénovés avec beaucoup de gôut, le petit déjeuner est incroyable, les plats du restaurant savoureux. Un bravo tout particulier au personnel de l'accueil, très accueillant, professionnel et efficace !

The hotel was generally nice, but can I please leave a compliment for the person who cleaned room 701 on Saturday 29 June. We stay in hotels quite a bit and normally following the first day rooms aren’t often cleaned to the same standards as on arrival, but this person was exceptional, the level of detail made the room feel as if we’d just arrived. Please management, if you can acknowledge this to the member of staff in question we’d be grateful. Thank you to whomever cleaned room 701 🤗!

The place is beautiful and set-up like a garden; no Hardscape to walk on- long dresses and heels not advised. The birds were singing and perfect flowering gardens everywhere. The pool is truly spectacular, one of my favorite places on the grounds. English travelers must remember French is the first language at this property and only a few people here speak English. Soft close doors are so NEEDED. The noice from the slamming room doors was so loud that my Apple Watch recorded it as loud! Haha I would say just bring eye masks and earplugs and you will be good.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lighting controls were not intuitive, one bedside lamp inoperable and the safe for viable in the room did not lock!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning again in the future.

Outstanding spa hotel. Nice big rooms with nice layout and furniture. Breakfast was a really nice feast. Great location next to Chantilly chateaux.

Great. A little overpriced during summer

Found it relaxing atmosphere, but not prepared for the restaurant to be in another building.

Bonjour j’ai particulièrement aimer l’accueil ,la possibilité d’aller au spa avant d’avoir la chambre, la petite attention en chambre pour un anniversaire, le parking gratuit ,la possibilité d’avoir rajouter une personne avec supplément ,le dîner succulent ,le petit déjeuner magnifique,le service en salle ,la possibilité de réserver le spa le jour du départ pour terminer en beauté le séjour . Mais pour moi le petit plus est d’avoir été logé en chambre 920 avec une terrasse extérieur qui donne sur la nature .

We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not Hyatt normal standard. Check in was a nightmare as, for some reason, they said we had booked 2 rooms which we definitely had not and was later proved. No meal service to rooms for late arrivals. During our 2 day stay our room was not cleaned, nor was bed made even though I requested for it to be with housekeeping. No bottled water replaced. Bathroom door stuck so when using bathroom at night, door made a shocking noise waking my husband up. Avoid this hotel!

The hotel was very clean and orderly. Great customer service and excellent onsite restaurant with a wonderful breakfast! Plenty of parking situated in the country side. Definitely recommend!!

Great resort, excellent service, nice bar, loved the pool, sauna, and steam room.

As I frequently travel for business it is important for me to stay in a hotel that can offer me comfort and excellent customer service. The Hyatt provides everything I need plus lots more. I enjoy the extras such as the swimming and leisure facilities and the restaurants are second to none.
