Fantastic beds and air conditioning! Great water pressure and heat of water. I could not ask for better. Room always clean and fresh.

It was too noise during the day, a construction is taking place right outside my bedroom. That was the view. The bathroom does not provide a simple bar of soap. I had to use mine.

Great location for seeing the city but in a neighborhood that offered lots of social/food options. Nice room with a balcony and view of the city and castle. Room size typical for city hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to be central Lisbon.

Perfect location near the subway, buses, great restaurants, supermarket. Nice staff and a good breakfast. Room is small but cozy. Nice bathroom.

Only thing is the beds are really hard and I like soft matress. Food was great for bkfst. Very friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing location, close to every touristic place. But the most amazing thing is the breakfast. Value price is very high.

Great hotel , clean room

Very convenient location, quick access to bus and metro literally 10 steps away from the hotel. Quick 5mins and we are in the center of lisbon. Quited neighborhood and have a convient store abt 3mins walk. Even the good restaurants were all near by. I love this hotels so much it saved us from walking in the heat wave

Has stairs on the hallways to the room, makes difficult to transfer luggage.

Le déjeuner est excellent, le personnel très gentils et accueillant. Proche de tout les commodités, métro, autobus, restaurants, parcs... Par contre, il n'y avait pas de fer à repasser ni de four à micro onde. Le mini frigo sentait très mauvais et ne fonctionnait pas.

The property is in a good area; the only problem was that the room wasn't cleaned on the last day, and when I asked about it, nothing was done—a bit disappointing.

Muy bien ubicado. Desayuno inmejorable

The check in was horrible. We understand that early check in is not always possible and appreciate the luggage storage but we were told the room would be ready by 3pm. We showed at 2:30pm, reception checked and said our room would be ready in 10 mins, then another 10 mins, like that for until almost 4:30pm. After a red eye flight, jet lag, the wait for an extra 90mins in the lobby was aggravating. I travel a lot and it is the first time an hotel have me wait over 1hr past check in time for a room.
