Adorable little cottage overlooking Loch Ness. On the same property as Clansman Hotel so close to restaurant and cafe. Across the street from Jacobite boat tours. Amazing for a girls trip. Slightly outdated but very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Stunning views of the loch.

The property is mostly as advertised with a beautiful view of Loch Ness. It was nice to have more room here than the rest of our accommodations on this trip. One note - if you stay in the Braeside cottage like we did, there is only a washer - no dryer or washer/dryer combo.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. Overall it was a nice place. However it listed as a king bed and it is actually a queen. It also lists a washer and dryer. There is no dryer and made doing laundry incredibly time consuming and frustrating.

The best view and nicest staff we encountered on our whole trip. We added a second night because we couldn’t bear to leave!

It was very peaceful and good access to inverness

The view was amazing from every window. Close to other towns, and a great location to everything.

It is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. There is a lovely view of Loch Ness, a very romantic fireplace, and a great couch. Woke up to the lake views. Beautiful outdoor space if weather permits. We had a fantastic time.

Perfect little cottages, wish we would have had more time, we will be back and will stay 3-4 days next time so we can really explore the area.

The shower doesn’t have hot water, despite calling it wasn’t taken care,property had many dead bugs in living area and bathroom had spiders, I expect a partial refund

The cottage was amazing. Such a beautiful little place. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff we interacted with were all helpful and friendly. The Clansman Hotel was great for a quick breakfast. The views of Loch Ness were unbeatable. Sitting up one night, we even saw a deer in the garden. It was magical.

Great views, lovely fireplace and atmosphere inside.

We loved that it was like a home from home feel. The only issues were checking in and out, initially we didn’t know which cottage we were in so had to call at the lodge to ask and had to ask at the sister hotel about check out. Could have just got a bit more info when we booked to solve this. All in all we loved it!

Absolutely superb. The location was great and the cottage was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

First off... Our welcome by the front desk at the Lodge was handled by Michael. I cant say enough about how helpful and informative he was, an impeccable professional. We stayed in the Ness Side Cottage and it was better than any 5 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have traveled the world for many years and if i was asked today what was my favorite place I’ve ever stayed I would answer Loch Ness Cottages. We came across this by accident while traveling as a short stop on our way around Scotland. We enjoyed our first day so much we decided to book another night. The property was beautiful, the accommodations were five star and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

GREAT location, Cottage, Service, VIEW, Bed

I was very looking forward to this trip for a long time. I am very dissapointed staying in this hotel. I stayed in a cottage. There is no A/C, no Wi-Fi, so many bugs flying in the room. I couldn't sleep at all. I asked for some help while staying in the hotel, nobody helps me to get the cab, asking some questions. It was a nightmare.

Cute place, kind people, needs updating.
