I highly recommend this one

Awesome place very near to the station. It's a bit of a cross of a boutique hotel/hostel kind of vibe. Great value overall; very clean; cool design. Would stay again.

I needed a place that was central and close to my brothers place in Tokyo for one night. This was well beyond my expectation.

Not that the place was bad, but for what I paid hotel/hostel shared bathroom and shower mix typology feels a little overpriced. Staff was good. Access was a little difficult, no clear signage, no elevator. As I said, not bad, though I saw the same room the next day I booked it for $25 less at Expedia app.

Didn’t like bathroom, bed AND noise.

Our stay at Waves was really short but everything was good! We were arriving extremely late (4 Am) because of flight delays and the staff have a really good system for safe and easy late check in. The place is very stylish, room comfortable and shared bathroom and shower were fine. Location is great, just a few steps away from nakameguro station and surrounded by many restaurant, some of which are open until 4 and 6 am (we could enjoy a delicious ramen when we arrived after all the airport hustle it was great). We also could leave our tons of luggage there after check-out until moving somewhere else. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Great location in cool neighborhood. It was a very clean and comfortable place, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in room #4, and it was a bit smaller than the rest, but it was closest to the shower, which was a plus. The lounge area was also really nice, cozy and well decorated with lacquered woo and Noguchi coffee tables. They even had free bicycles for guests to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

《良かった点》 駅チカでスーパーも近くて便利。線路側の部屋だと少々うるさいが、許容範囲内。 ベッドもふかふかで気持ちよかった。 《残念な点》 スリッパが共有ではなく、使い捨てだと良い(もしくは土足OKにする)。 バスマットが珪藻土タイプで、これまた共有なのでタオル同様、各部屋で貸出してくれると尚良。

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。

20：00までにチェックイン出来ないことを伝えたらすぐに対応していただきました！ とてもゆっくり過ごさせていただきました！

室内にいてもリビングフロアなどの音がよく聞こえたのでそこを修正して欲しい

どういうタイプの宿なのか、分かるようにするべき！例えば、ビジネスタイプなのか、観光ホテルタイプなのか、シェアハウスやゲストハウスタイプなのか、サイトを使い慣れていない人も、間違いのない検索ができるようにしてほしい！

宿は素敵ですが御手洗のお掃除が時間により行き届いてない時がありました。

一人での滞在でした。部屋があまりにも簡素で、夜は近くの飲み屋からの声が聞こえなかなかうるさかった。他の部屋がどのようなものかわかりませんが、ホテルで過ごしているのか、牢屋で過ごしているのか...確かにとても高い値段ではなかったけれど、とても安いわけでもありません。次は宿泊しません。
