Clean room and very helpful staff. I do not agree with the 3 to 5 business day wait time for my damage deposit. I did not make them wait for payment, I should not have to wait either

We all loved this hotel! No complaints or anything negative to say. The front desk staff was ridiculously helpful, the pool was amazing, the decor in the hotel was impressive, I could go on and on! Can’t wait to return!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We did have a problem with the alarm clock going off at midnight. We were already fast asleep and we were jarred awake. Took awhile to get back asleep

This property takes pride in creating a fun warm atmosphere and the staff is great! The outdoor hot tub area was so nice, and kids loved the waterslide. Breakfast had lots of options, only thing I didn’t like at this hotel was the coffee- it’s available 24/7 which is nice but it’s a beverage machine, there was no drip coffee

Clean and comfortable room. AC worked well. Furnishings are starting to show their age. Parking was a little tricky and limited but you could use the adjoining lot that belongs to Chuck’s Rodhouse. Abi at the front desk was wonderful - very friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was okay - they were short on a few things but they were also very busy with lots of larger families. Would stay here again.

I stayed for 10 days, they were supposed to change my sheets every 3 days. They changed them ONCE, only after I left a note and a tip. They did not sweep the floor unless I left a tip. The floor was pretty filthy most of the time, which made it quite unpleasant. They changed towels daily. Staff were relatively friendly. There is a young man with curly hair that works in the evenings that is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available, not the best quality food or preparation if I’m honest. Mostly ate out or made a waffle which was delicious. The eggs and sausages were not very good compared to other hotels. TWO Hot tubs, which was very nice. I prefer the outdoor one! Just be careful getting in because the stairs are slippery. You will need a new wifi password every 7 days.

The amenities and staff were top shelf. They even had a slurpee machine and board games! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Deacon went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Extremely helpful.

Noisy guests could be heard in our room much too late in the evening. Otherwise the property was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff were helpful. I would stay here again.

Confusion regarding wifi sign on lead to multiple trips back to front desk. Also communication regarding pool closure was confusing-we received text saying pool would be closed next day but it remained open without follow up communication. Had room with two queen beds but both mattresses were swayed to point felt you were rolling off edge when sleeping. Could hear when toilet was flushed above our room from the plumbing.
