Nice new hotel in a good location. But I was a little dismayed the the hotel does not have in room refrigerators. Nor do they have ice machines on the floors. In order to get something refrigerated you have to leave it with the front desk and they would put it in a refrigerator in their office. AND if you want Ice, you have to go to the front desk (again) and have them get you ice from the bar. While the staff was happy to accomodate, I found this to be inconvenient. If the staff was busy, you had to wait for them to check people in or out. Kind of stupid.

Our stay was wonderful. We came the day before our cruise. We were allowed an early check in which was perfect after flying in almost 24 hrs from CA. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The individual duvets were incredible!! Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was well worth the cost and the restaurant bar also had great food. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance from the hotel and the hop on hop off bus was just a short distance away as well. Loved our stay!!

Very helpfull staff

Clean and safer than the city center, good transportation connections. Sadly no mini fridge and breakfast is quite expensive. Would recommend again because of the staff too.

This hotel is located in very calm area but close to the city center. All staff are very kind. We highly recommend.

The hotel was clean, well located for the purpose of our visit and the staff were helpful and informative.

Excellent location in Hamburg, close to main train station HFB yet also in proximity to common landmark sites to visit. Easy access to tram line and very convenient location for resting in between activities.

The view from the room was nice but the air wasn't working nor is the room sound proof because I heard the partying all night.
