I had an absolutely lovely stay at Cool Rooms Palacio De Atocha. The staff was friendly and wonderful! Diego, Luis, Domingo & Paula were so very helpful! My room was luxurious and I will definitely stay again. They offered many extras and my breakfast was delicious!! Beautiful courtyards, conveniently located it was a wonderful experience!! I felt very pampered and taken care of!!

The room was gorgeous! The staff are very kind, welcoming, and go beyond every step of the way. This hotel is the best hotel that I ever stayed at so far. The room conditions and cleaning were very well done with detail.

The staff were fabulous. So accommodating and helpful. The rooms at some of the nicest we have stayed at. We have been back twice since our first visit.

Excellent hotel, great location, walking distance to all the great attractions, in great neighborhood with lots of local restaurants and shops. Hotel rooms are big and wonderful, the service is amazing. Highly recommend it.

Junior suite was excellent, spacious, and super quiet at night, despite being on the mezzanine level above the restaurant. Aircon was excellent and silent, just what as needed when it was 20-25 degrees C outside for most of the day. Bed was large and comfortable and bathroom was very good. Our only complaints about the room are very minor, the usb and usb c ports beside both sides of the bed didnt work so we had to unplug the speaker to plug in our own charger (we have extra long cables so this wasnt an issue for us) and the light switches took some getting used to, only one master switch by the door would turn off the lamps in the seating area so we had to use the master switch by the door to turn off everything, use our phone torch to find the next set of switches at night and then turn on the bedroom lamps as the switches by the bed couldnt control the seating area lamps. Staff were so nice; reception, restaurant and night porter/concierge were all very friendly and helpful. We had a light dinner one night and the food was excellent and staff super helpful, carefully explaining allergen information when the chefs complimentary dish was delivered.

Fabulous hotel! Staff was a ways friendly and helpful. Some of the best food in Madrid! I found definitely return.
