We had the most amazing day the staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. The rooms were absolutely amazing and the treatments were absolutely brilliant. Will be definitely staying here again.

Amazing stay. Comfortable rooms and beds and food absolutely gorgeous!! We booked an overnight with spa and dinner package, worth every penny. Spa is out of this world too! Can’t wait to be back.

Lovely room and staff excellent, spa experience good but could be longer

Overnight stay plus spa. The room was spotless. The only down side being that there was no view from the window, the pillows were too hard (for myself) and the mattress although comfortable was sunk into the wooden frame of the bed, thereby bruising my hamstrings when getting up out of bed. The meal in the, " orangery," only one type of steak available, which was dry and was a fillet steak. Chips we're nice (treble cooked). Spa was really nice, so relaxing.

We have stayed everywhere from camping in the dessert to the savoy! I can only say that the Spa Hotel made us more comfortable than we have ever been, with amazing team members, such friendliness and spa cleaner than I’ve ever experienced.

Two nights of escaping from the world with fine dinning , 5star accommodation all centred around a class leading Spa ….factor in a blue skies and sun for drinks on the outdoor hot tubs …what’s not to like.

Everything was absolutely superb, but they take the mickey on a whole new obscene level with drinks prices, taking my own for the room next time. They also needed some form of entertainment in the bar as it was a bit boring after we’d ate. The back massage from Lisa was the single best back massage I’ve ever had!

We had an amazing spa break at Ribby hall. The room was beautiful. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Our meal was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the aqua journey and would highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back soon for some rest and relaxation.

Superb service, spa facilities, dining and overall atmosphere.

SPA was very good and we enjoyed it on day of arrival between 15:00 - 17:00 but it was only available between 9:00 - 10:00 on day of departure, which is understandable, so we didn't bother. Orangery restaurant was excellent for evening meal and breakfast. The whole meal was delicious and worthy of any fine dining establishment. Worth the trip for this alone.

We stayed in the penthouse which was very basic no extra luxurys for this room. The rooms are tired and need modernising. There is no information in the rooms on room service and what they offer. Evening meal menu doesnt have a lot to offer either. Breakfast was lovely staff so friendly and spa amazing
