There are only two elevators in wind residence tower 1 where we were been assigned for our stay. we are having a hard time using the elevator during the entire stay. we have to fall in line and wait for almost 10-15 minutes just to go down and up. Good thing we decided to cook in the unit and we are not obliged to go down just to grab some meal. Really pissed off with the idea that the only payment center for the voucher (for using the pool) is only in tower 5. Meaning, you have to travel from tower 1 to tower 5, that would not be an issue if the elevator is working fine. Anyways, We really want to commend the one in charge of our unit and stay. she was able to help and assist us.
