Good location

Everything was good

I liked the property had a security guard to watch the cars. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast included was good. I had a ham, beans, potates , fruit with yogurt for breakfast.

The Hotel was more than i expected, definitely staying there again, service was exceptional.

No such thing “free breakfast” American breakfast?! Really!

Rooms were clean, friendly service staff and security. Convenient parking. Close to stores. Breakfast was good. Wish they had small refrigerators in the room. Comfortable beds and a/c worked great!

The room was not clean. The bed sheets had hair, and, in the closet by the bathroom was a used pregnancy test. I have pictures of this, but there is no option to submit them...

Overall the hotel was nice but they need to put attention on the pool it looks nasty!!

Breakfast is an “American” was is only a small plate of fruit with yogurt and small plate of scrambled eggs. Honestly, it’s a kid’s portion.

I felt safe staying in this hotel with the security.

Great place to stay

It was a 4 guest room, We had a last minute guests, total (5), I asked for an upgrade, the offer another room with the same price paid for the first one, I paid for the (5th) guest extra $16 dollars , no rollaway bed was provided., they did not honored the continental breakfast for the 5th guest ., an additional $ 10 was paid for my 5th guest., two towels were set in the room, instead of 4., There was no water running in the toilet by 11:30am. Front office is very professional although they seem to go above and beyond for their guests as the owner gets upse., . The restaurant has the most unprofessional waitress, she rushed throw the coffee list and menu, we asked for a slightly change in our order and she “ gasp “seemed bothered that we had changed our minds regarding a the meal change., I would not recommended to anyone.,

No privately, the breakfast no worthy, and the pool was very dirty, i don't liked.

I like the staff help they were anything People taking care of the parking line they were awesome, very helpful and very friendly staff. Not fancy but very clean for the price you pay. Very eccentric you can walk to shops in the beach.
