Paris FC es un hotel cómodo, limpio, con habitaciones espaciosas y buen servicio.

La pasamosmuy bien es Hotel Paris, estubimos muy conentos su desayunos y la limpieza excelente. gente muy amable y en la recepcion y en el restaurant comida deliciosa y muy bien atendido por una jovencita y un joven fuimos en los desayunos, el sabado y el lunes. muchas gracia una esstancia muy bella.

This was a great overnight stay in Poza Rica. It had excellent off street parking, the rooms were clean, it was pet friendly, and they had a restaurant attached to the hotel which had excellent food and an amazing breakfast.

Better if the rooms are always clean.

Hotel stay was comfortable. Restaurant food was mediocre at best and several staff members weren’t very friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been dsiappointed. The price is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the beds are good, the a.c. works well, and the breakfast is satisfactory.

Good, clean and location is good. The price is very good for the accomodations you get.

Very attentive staff and a fantastic complimentary breakfast! Central location with nearby shopping and freeway access. Reasonably quiet, other than a fire alarm that went off in the dead of night (VERY loud). Good internet and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Some reception problems on the T.V. in our room.

La limpieza dejó que desear, en general es “bueno” pero entender que para el lugar, es de lo mejor que hay

Falta mucho mantenimiento los espacios tenían aspecto sucio o descuidado. Hay muchos detalles que pudieran mejorar dentro y fuera de las habitaciones, como por ejemplo, la pintura la limpieza de pisos y cristales las condiciones de la alberca tenían muchos azulejos sueltos. En temporada alta se vuelve un problema el estacionamiento ya que no cuentan con suficiente oferta de espacios y es incomodo tener que buscar espacios. Las toallas son de muy mala calidad d eje HO estaban a punto de deshilacharse

Las instalaciones están bastante bien, la limpieza y el personal adecuados, solo veo como inconveniente que el buffet que ofrecen es demasiado básico y que no cuenten con más opciones de bebidas (café y agua natural). Y al comprar una bebida extra, la dan más cara del costo que se indicó. Además de que ofrecen en la publicación agua templeda en la alberca y está bastante fría por lo cual ni pensar en meterse.
