The place was quite a bit distance from Hakata Station but given the price it was worth a walk. Place was clean and size was adequate. The reception were nice and friendly. Check in and out were a breeze. However one thing to note, since we are staying for 6 days, we need to inform the reception to come in our room to collect the rubbish. To our horror, when we came back at night, the room was opened and not locked. Luckily nothing was missing and it was a scare. We think it was the cleaner's fault and given nothing was missing we just inform the reception and that's it. Japan is a safe country anyways.

This accommodation is very suitable for family with small children as it offer spacious room and adequate apartment facilities
