Dirty, avoid this hotel. They offered to find another room for us, but if you cannot clean my original room, I do not trust that you can clean any room. We immediately left to a different hotel. They refused a refund, and did not answer Expedia when they tried on my behalf. Also there was a group of large flies as soon as the elevator opened to the 5th floor. Downstairs I understand because the door is constantly opened. But upstairs? It was incredibly difficult getting a cab outside, I ended up using the Careem app.

The staff are amazing and so helpful to the people there especially us who have language barriers The bartenders were amazing as well

The rooms are large. Waking distance to the Old Medina. The Front Desk female staff would speak to each other and not acknowledge you. The Front Desk oversees two hotels. I informed the staff which hotel I booked and could not find my reservation. I reminded her again and she found my reservation. I told her that I was joining a group on the second day so I wanted the same room and key. Unfortunately, she did not follow through on my request. It was a little hassle the next day when my key would not work. Only the male Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is really 5x. i will be happy to return back if not for the staff. the receptionist rude attitude on welcoming guests. Insisting one must wait for 3pm before one could be checked-in not considering the number of hours it took you to get there on flight. But overall the facility is exceptionally wonderful

Be aware that they turn the air conditioner to a heater in winter and an air conditioner in summer so we didn't stay the whole reserved nights because we couldn't sleep and we can’t open the windows because of the noises outside and its can’t be opened all the way. The size of the room was good. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned perfectly. We found an insect in the kitchen’s drawer.

Nice location, access to a tram, 20 minute walk to the medina and fish market. Recommend for a few nights stop

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast not included and in a dirty area of the city. Small rooms.

The service really needs a little more attention. Our room didn’t have soap and shampoo. We called 3 times to get some and finally was told to come down and get it ourselves. The door to the hotel we booked was closed when we arrived with a sign saying check in at another hotel. It didn’t say where the other hotel is and being in a different country our phones didn’t work. There was no laundry service at the hotel either.

We found the hotel to be a great fit for what we wanted, good location to the tram. The front end staff were very friendly and helpful. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and the hotel fell short there for me. There was no washing up liquid or cloths to wash the dishes. Others then that I would recommend

The property was very modern and clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It lacks some of the charm and character you would like to experience when visiting Morocco but it was still a very enjoyable visit.

Comfortable, big, good shower, with kitchen wear, coffee, tea pot ect. Distance walk to tram🚊 and 2 or 3 stop arrive Medina. If take tram to the end, arrive beautiful beach. Service is good ,people nice 👍. Good hotel to stay

The room I was given had a pleasant view and was a very generous size. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.
