1. ปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำ มีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก ไม่แน่ใจว่าเกิดจากท่อน้ำ หรือเพราะระบบสาธารณูปโภคของโรงแรม แต่เหม็นมาก พัดลมระบายอากาศไม่ทำงาน หรือทำงานแต่ไม่รู้เพราะฝุ่นหนามาก 2. ปัญหาเรื่องความสะอาด ห้องที่เราพักคือห้องกันเกรา สกปรกมาก เริ่มตั้งแต่หัวนอน มีฝุ่นจับหนา ชัดโครกพอกดจะมีเศษ และคราบสกปรกหลุดออกมา มีมดภายในห้องพัก และมีจิ้งจกส่งเสียงร้องทั้งคืนในห้องพัก 3. ด้านการให้บริการ ขอจานโรงแรมใช้ แจ้งว่าได้แค่ 4 ใบ หากเกินกว่านั้นจะมีค่าบริการเพิ่ม ซึ่งอันนี้ไม่แน่ใจว่าทุกที่เป็นแบบนี้มั้ย แต่จากการเข้าพักห้องพูลวิลล่าของที่อื่นการให้บริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานจะไม่มีเก็บเพิ่ม พอสอบถามทางพนักงานว่าจานไม่พอกับความต้องการที่จะใช้ จะให้เราทานข้าวยังไง พนักงานค่อนข้างใช้น้ำเสียงและแสดงสีหน้าที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับการให้บริการ 4. น้ำดื่มที่ให้บริการในห้องพักมีแค่ 2 ขวด ซึ่งไม่เพียงพอ เลยขอเพิ่ม ทางโรงแรมไม่ได้แจ้งว่าหากขอเพิ่มจะมีค่าใช้จ่าย มาทราบตอนเช็คเอ้าออก ขวดละ 20 บาท ข้อเสนอแนะนี้เป็นเพียงความคิดเห็นที่อยากให้ทางโรงแรมปรับปรุงเพื่อพัฒนาต่อไป เพราะด้วยบรรยากาศ และจำนวนห้องมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการพักผ่อนดีอยู่แล้ว ถึงแม้โรงแรมจะดูโทรม แต่หากมีความสะอาดและพนักงานมีใจบริการจะทำให้น่าพักมากขึ้น

We stayed 2 nights for our short honeymoon in Hua Hin. Our room was awesome, it was spacious, clean, and the bed was huge. The staff prepared rose petals and swans made from towels for us. Their food was okay, it wasn't much since Chaochom is a small resort/hotel (for Muslim traveller, they informed us first which food is Halal/Muslim friendly). The staff were friendly, front office helped us rent a motorcycle. They have private access to the beach, which is nice on the morning. It was a pleasant stay for us. Thank you.
