It’s not perfect

Only thing good about this place is the location and cleanliness. We went here for our honeymoon. We did not feel welcomed at all. The staff need to learn customer service skills. 2 staff members talking loudly in the hallways in the morning, woke us up. We left early without receiving any of our money back as we hated this place so much and had to forfeit one night’s stay. Had to stay somewhere else. We chose a room with a jacuzzi that didn’t even have warm water. Could not even use it. We were offered the cheapest pair of slippers for $5 plus taxes each. Our bed was not even properly made. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Will never be back and word of mouth goes a long way. Terrible experience. Luckily, the other place we stayed was able to salvage the rest of our honeymoon.

It was a cheap hotel, so it did the trick. The inside of the room was okay, but there was a spot on the floor that looked like it could be a blood stain. We awoke to a loud bang first thing in the morning after the face of the air conditioning unit fell off after turning on. Barely any of the tv channels worked. The shower had great water pressure.

Great easy parking! Room was great, clean and good size- beautiful view of Clifton hill and the falls.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, staff was great. I’ll book again. Oh, soft towels.

Parking was easy. Thr hotel was clean, The hotel was conviently located near the falls. Yhe breakfast was surprisingly wonderful because it was order from a menu and not the typical buffet style or continental breakfast.

Easy early check in and parking on site. Room was clean comfortable. We had a great balconey room. My wife did slip on the little steps that lead in and out. overall a good stay.

Staff are horrible

Hotel is right in the heart of Clifton Hills. Lots of stuff to do around the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was closed while we were there, but they called us ahead of time to let us know and offer a refund. So it was no big deal. Parking is extra, but was aware of that, and it was still the best value in the area. Only suggestion to maybe add microwaves to the room. But it was an amazing stay.

The room itself was quite clean but sadly 2 complaints. The bathroom sink plug when closed took 15 minutes to open and then 15 minutes for the sink to empty. Also there were 2 groups of teenagers that woke us up twice. Seemed there was no parental supervision. Had hoped some insights and closer monitoring by management would have been done. Disappointed by the pool being closed and the Emaiil at 3 a.m. from the booking agency. Why at 3 a.m. ?

it was great except the pool being down, but other than that the stay was great and the staff were so helpful :)
