We got scam, owner reachable not answering our call. So we cannot check-in also security trying to scam us also.

The internet very poor. Cannot assess.

I waited for 2hrs just to get into the room no matter what you called the owner, no one answered, I received nothing, very unprofessional, then when the room smelled like cr, the room was full of septic tanks, I think it was a very bad experience.

There is no person who should be accomodating us-like the owner of the condo room that we're staying in or the caretaker. No one.

I paid 2, only used 1 room, but I did not receive refund
