Independent and family run business. Well intentioned, but missing the mark on expectations. Pros - clean, soft sheets, comfortable bed. Those are my three most important. Large rooms. Cons - breakfast in a musty basement with an odd food selection. Finishing details in the room just off and strange.

We got into our room to find we had a leak dripping onto the carpet. We told the guys at the desk and they did nothing about it. We were expecting to be put in a different room or at the very least a bucket to catch the water, but they said it was fine. Then we ventured to the lounge area and the area with the "free breakfast" which we were hit with an awful smell like an animal died. I requested to check out early (about 2 hours after checking in and visitkng the falls) and a refund, they wouldn't and I didn't fight it since we had limited time to enjoy the area. Please save yourself the trouble and don't book this hotel until you know it's been restored to a decent condition.

Very nice!

Clean and tidy rooms, very dated, but well kept. Beds were very comfy and clean. Lots of parking at back of building. Staff was very friendly. Air conditioning was working great, room cooled Off quick. Pool was clean and again, well maintained, to bad the hot tub was out of commission 😕 Breakfast was simple but suffice. Toast/boiled eggs/sausage/waffles/cereal etc.. We would stay here again

We stayed for 10 days. The staff was great and helped when ever asked. It was very clean comfortable. With someone on site and most of the time sitting at the front desk felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this hotel

The staff at the hotel were amazing and very helpful. However, the room was not the greatest. The bed frame was broken, holes in the wall from what looked like an old tv that was attached to the wall, the tv was run on internet and was constantly buffing. The pool was horrible, very cold water and hot tub was not filled at all. They had a pool table but charged $25 an hour to use. Would not recommend this place if you have a young family who wants to enjoy their hotel.

The room was covered in ants and when the front staff was asked about it I was told there was "no management on duty". We had to sleep with ants covering our sheets and they were all over our bags in the morning. The room generally just seemed minimally kept, with lots of dust and stains on the sheets. Overall, a poor experience.

Good place for money basic not bad at all but

Rooms were clean but very out dated, doors did not lock very well. Did not seem very secure They said there are cameras and ask for them to be watch about a situation and they said the cameras are really grainy they can't see anything Breakfast was not good at all

I booked that hotel because it had indoor swimming pool and I couldn’t access it because of the timing that they had. Their breakfast was useless they only had boiled eggs no scrambled or fried or anything else. They didn’t have bagels they had bottled apple juice no orange juice. They didn’t have gowns in the rooms hotel looked like it desperately needs renovation.

Breakfast basic, parking safe

Breakfast didn’t start until 8:30am and we had to leave by 8am so we were unable to use the free breakfast. No option of to-go bag. They did accommodate our late check in, which was greatly appreciated. My son really enjoyed the "old mannor" esthetic.

Straight forward. No bells and whistle but gets the job done. Clean and comfortable beds, free parking. Good for the price.

It's pretty good for the price. Quite clean, but to my shock the maid doesn't come every day so since we stayed 2 days our bed wasn't made and no cleaning was done (they said I had to let them know about cleaning in advance which is never the case with hotels). Breakfast had limited options but the quality was good. Also unusual that it only goes from 8:30 am till 10:00 am so we had to leave hungry since it was 7 am ... Pool is nice but you have to let them know so they warm up the water. Overall good vibes there though and plenary of parking if you drive.

Table light didn’t work. Attendant got us a different one. The air unit didn’t work. When the attendant pulled the plug it had arched and was blackened. She plugged it back in. I told her immediately to unplug it. We moved rooms. This one the end of the wooden bed was almost coming apart. My husband had to bang it in. WON’T BE BACK EVER. The pool area did look nice we were to have a free breakfast which we didn’t even look at. It was housed in the noodle restaurant out front of the hotel.

This is a relatively old place, but in good condition. We stayed in a "Honeymoon" room and the tub was excellent and the bed very comfortable. A few parts of things feel a little older and showing wear, but we very much enjoyed our stay.
