A one person renter will probably have no problem with the room. First, the desk clerk did not speak English and has a hard time when we explained our problem. The bathroom had mold in the corners, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper constantly fell on the floor. The couch bed was just a bed, no couch. The mattress and pillow also had mold. Expedia was informed and they and the hotel management negotiated charging for one night and a cancellation fee. We were told to see the manager the next morning. When we returned the next day, the manager refused to accommodate the agreement and refused to negotiate charging for the week. Horrible customer service.
