Hi All, It was a short trip to Diyarbakır and we stayed night. The bathroom was smelling and the owner should take care of the situation. Receptionist Serkan and other staff was so kind 🙂 I have to give 3 stars because of the smell. Kind regards, A

I initially gave this hotel a 9/10 within a few hours of check in. That quickly changed as the hours passed. The front desk staff on the day of check out was very unpleasant and unfriendly. I would call them as cold as a rock. Breakfast was somewhat decent. The Wi-Fi was sporadic. The neighborhood was not safe. I would rate my experience a 5/10.

Property is very cute , accordingly prices but what makes difference is staff. Respect and all the best to them.

Hotel is good located, it’s dated and would need some renovations. But for the price a good deal. The breakfast is ok nothing spectacular but fills the belly. Unfortunately every room is a smoking room, it’s unavoidable that you will smell it as a non smoker.

Şehrin merkezinde bulunan bir yer. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Personel ilgili idi. Park konusunda hemen yardımcı oldular.

Otel, sur içinde konumu çok iyi ve güvenli bir yerde. Her yere yürüyerek gittim. Çarşaflar temizdi ama genel olarak eşyalar eski ve çok temiz değildi. Ama çok kötü değildi, fiyatına göre normal diye düşünüyorum. Çalışanlar da çok beyefendi idi. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi benim için bu otelde konaklamak.

Très bon accueil du personnel. Il m’a beaucoup aidée au cours de mon séjour : c’était la fête de l’Aïd, l’office de tourisme était fermé et je n’avais aucun plan de la ville... google n’était pas top... La chambre était grande, un peu désuète peut-être. Malheureusement, mal insonorisée : on entend les allées et venues des résidents. Concernant l’emplacement, c’était parfait. Près de la porte de la Montagne, d’un arrêt des navettes de l’aéroport, d’une station de taxi et de dolmus. On atteint très rapidement le coeur de la vieille ville à pied bien sûr.

Wunderbare Umgebung. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Yataklar aşırı küçük ve aldığımız odanın birini tek kişilik olarak verdiler çocuk için yatak yoktu arayıp sormustuk var diye

Odalar ve havlular temizdi. Günlük temizlik yapılıyordu. 2 gün konakladık. Tek sorun havalandırma sistemi çalıştığı anda banyonun aşırı pis ve sigara kokmasıydı. Bunu çözmek için banyodaki ayna ışığını kullandık.

Diyarbakır’a 5. gelişim her defasında tereddütsüz burada kalıyorum, tek başına seyahat ettiğimden bir kadın olarak güvenli oluşu ayrıca artı benim için. Görevlilerin güleryüzü samimiyeti yardımları şahane. Konum olarak da her yere yakın gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyorum güzel yürekleri için 🙏😍

Otel temizdi ve personel ilgiliydi.Otelde montumu unuttum ve hemen kargoya verdiler.
