The air conditioner is not cold, the water runs out so hotel guests cannot take a shower and defecate.

Not recommended for stays. The worst thing was that the bathroom was dirty, the toilet pit dirty blackened, we had to move rooms because of disgust. But after moving rooms, it turns out the bathroom was also dirty, the toilet was also clogged, the bathroom door was hard to close. Pillows & sheets like never used. Beds are not comfortable. The unit door is broken. Under the bed was moldy rotten bread still in its packaging, meaning the cleaning staff didn't sweep it under the bed. One of our towels is not suitable for use. Wifi also appears sinking. The air conditioner leaked because it sprayed, until we finally shifted the bed ourselves due to lazy complaints because we were very tired after a long journey. Then at night the lights went out in my unit. I'll order a penyet chicken dinner. But my chicken is still not ripe because there is still red blood. Plus the location is near the Sun Plaza & the food center is also a center for souvenirs, the staff is actually friendly & ready to help, but we think the management of this inn should improve each of their units in the future. For now, we are disappointed like we got "zonk". There are still low budget hotels, but ok. Because we travel a lot, in our opinion, this is the worst lodging out of all the inns we have ever occupied.

The bathroom was dirty, got the first room with a leaky AC, Asked to move and got the second room and didn't realize it was when I fell down there was a perforated ceiling so it looked like there was a ceiling and a dark lotus. When complained about casually the officer blamed, is that right? The job of the hotel clerk was just to lie down on the couch. At 2:30 p.m. there was a noise in the attic. so noisy. Finally, the prayer thinking petositive and the noise disappeared after the prayer, uncle, I don't know if it's a mouse or not, didn't get a photo. Afraid that someone would look in the picture. Its a freaking crazy hotel. Even though I ordered 2 deluxe rooms.

The staff are friendly but not sensitive and the rooms are quite spacious but very dirty ...

The power went out already at 6 in the morning may be less, but the tokens are not filled up until 9 am, check-in is mandatory from 2 o'clock, but when it reaches the room, there are no towels. Very bad.

It is really cheap for short stay in Medan. Receptionist was very helpful even though I arrived really late at night. You need to climb up stairs to get to room. Floor has some sand on it. Toilet and shower are functioning OK for me. Location is perfect to get around Medan. Sun Plaza mall is within short walking distance. Checking out early in the morning needs me to wake up the receptionist to get my IDR100000 key deposit refund. If you need cheap stay, this is the place to be.

I've stayed there for several times, but last time wasn't that good. the toilet faucet spray was broken and they didn't put trash bin in my room. luckily, they were able to replace the faucet spray. but they forgot the trash bin. But the most crucial thing was, they don't have a generator (or maybe they have one, but didn't want to use it). during my last stay, there was a power outage... and it was hot like hell. The saving graces are it's quite clean and very close to a major shopping mall. I'm well aware that this is a cheap hotel. But being cheap is not excuse for mediocre service.

Can't sleep because the bed is hard and painful.

Room 302 is very bad and smelly. The water died again when I was going to take a shower in the morning and I had to go down to the first floor using the stairs. Sheets like not being replaced by the smell of sweat and towels are not ready I have to ask for it down. Kapok stay here.

The room is comfy and clean enough. the only downside is the bathroom feels a little bit too small and no aircon remote. but for the price, it's worth it

The service is good, the people are friendly, the price is really good.

Lodging is quite good, close to everywhere. minus parking spaces and parking fees are quite expensive. The good thing is there is cooperation between the hotel and the parking attendant there at a more reasonable and objective price. thanks
