When checking out, the staff was very emotional ... because of their negligence and I had to waste up to 30 minutes to go to the airport because of the negligence of the staff who were not detailed to check the towels in the room, who seemed to accuse us of bringing towels. Finally we had to check it ourselves with the housekeeping staff to the room and make a video that the towels were complete and provide evidence to the lobby receptionist, but they still said the towels were incomplete ....
