I have a pleasant stay here, clean.

I requested before check in to ensure the room is well cleaned due to I have a toddler with eczema. Turns out it wasn’t , had a lizard also in the bathroom. Also requested large bed, but was given queen bed. The next day I told them to do housekeeping, unfortunately wasn’t done and was told that a busy day. In the end only at 11pm they came to clean. Worst ever experience. Not children friendly and will never repeat.

The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The room [was] very big and very comfortable.

Family friendly resorts with water park and swimming pool. Clean rooms with helpful staff. Food was great with variables local dish. Ample parking space with security at all times. Will visit again.

This hotel is an apartment concept. 11 stories high. There are 2 wings - Amara and Tahiti. The hotel room price does not include the price of the water theme park. Parking is limited unless you get to park at the multi-level park at the end of the building. There is a slight sewage smell in the toilet. The price is reasonable.

Hm. This resort is far from anywhere, quite a place. Old building. All facilities must be paid for (water park, swimming pool, etc.). Wi-Fi is available only at the lobby of the hotel.

Terrible experience. Don't trust the pictures you see. Room was VERY DUSTY, SMELL OF SMOKES. Disturbed by paranormal beings and check-out immediately the same night. My children were TRAUMATIZED. Staff said they can give us another room but told us every room is about the same. What a way to comfort us. Poor at handling customer issues and waste time. Took our matters lightly. Why? Is it because we said the room is haunted? Is it a made up joke to them? At first staff said Traveloka are able to refund but Traveloka said it's the hotel responsibility. After few days replied only to tell us unable to refund due to policy. Waste time. Small amount of money is still money because not worth it. From explaining ourselves calmly, ended up I get agitated, very disappointed and angry. Waste time, waste money, terrible experience.

Stay of 2 nights in this resort hotel is OK. The inconvenience we felt in the room was lack of bed light and switches next to bed, which is the basic requirement. We had to go near the entrance door side to switch off the lights and walk in dark to reach the bed 🤔.

Dissapointed cause when I book the apartment, I thaught that all facilities included but it is not. Water theme park is not included in the price and you must purchase it separately. If you want to purchase hotel room/apertment with water theme park, you have to purchase through website.

This is my worst experience stay at here, you guys can see how dirty my bed, it looks like a lot of blood spot or stain? I think so. Its so discusting guys and a bit smelly. The toilet was not clean and wet, also the towel not clean. And even the balcony a lot of dust and not clean. And the staff not friendly. The line call always busy no one picking up the call and that indian woman at the lobby very rude. I hate her. Overall I would say I'm not satisfied and this is my first and last came here. So guys please think twice before stay here okay! 0 rating!

Satisfied with the bedroom, the room is clean, tidy and organized. Pool with a view of KLCC, KL Tower and Menara Merdeka 118. The view is really impressive. Next time you can vacation here again.

First time in stay bayou lagoon resort, 3 room apartment very clean, very comfortable stay with family members.

This location is a must destination for us as a family because it is very popular with children. No comments about the room, the breakfast provided was a plus, and the waterpark was fun.

To use the swimming pool need to pay extra money. This is the first time in the world I meet this criteria of resort. Really bad.

Customer friendly counter staff. Facility, lobby space are all in good condition & comfortable. There is a mart in the lobby area. The room is very comfortable & in good condition including the toilet. Thanks Bayou Lagoon Park Resort!

Very best and 1 happy family. Highly recommended, for those who haven't been to Bayou Lagoon Park Resort because the price is worth it to be surrounded by interesting sightseeing spots. 5 stars for me 😊

Hotel is quite old. Water tap at the basin was shaking.

Overall ok, tapi bilik dan bilik mandi tak berapa nak bersih ada daki-daki melekat. Breakfast pun boring, makanan yang sama setiap hari.

Overall was good. Cuma toilet kali berapa nak bersih banyak daki-daki. Dan breakfast boring hari-hari makanan yang sama. Yang lain semua ok
